• Store in Refrigeration ( 0 to 5 Degree Celcius)
• Do not add salt to the Mix
• Add required quantity of water only for DOSA
• For better result remove the mix from refrigeration atleast One hour before cooking
For IDLY: Steam boil the mix as required
For DOSA: Spread the mix over a hot pan and roast it
